Both Ewan and Fraser Ashman were out in action north of the border on Saturday at the Scottish Championships held at Grangemouth stadium. The weather was terrible, raining all day, not great for throwing but both brothers threw well.
Fraser competing in u18's, threw a pb in shot to take silver then put in a great performance in the last event of the day held in torrential rain to win the gold in discus.
Ewan competed in the u14's and threw pb's in both his events, shot and discus, qualifying for the final six in shot and winning a brilliant bronze in discus. Full results click here. Photos of the event click here to go to that one moment.co.uk
