These are open to all CNAC club members. Dates may be age specific. See links for more information.
Let your coach know if you enter any of these meetings. Club vest must be worn. 30 minute warm up prior to first event, 20 minute warm up prior to each event there after and full cool down and stretch before leaving the event. (Championship registration and warm up timings vary).
