Notice of Annual General Meeting


Thursday 14th May 7.30pm to 8.00pm, Cumberland Arena Pavilion


  1. Approve Minutes of the 2014 AGM
  2. Receive the Chairman’s Report of 2014 club activities
  3. Receive and consider the 2014 club accounts
  4. To remove / elect or re-elect the auditor
  5. To elect the Officers and General Committee Members (must be entered on nomination list by Thursday 23 April 2015)
  6. To deal with Special Matters for discussion from Members (must be forwarded to Club Secretary ([email protected])by Thursday 23 April 2015)
  7. To deal with Special Matters for discussion from Committee

    All members and members’ parents/guardians welcome to attend. Votes can only be cast by attendance at the AGM and by being a current paid up Member. In the case of juniors (defined as under18) then one of the parents/guardians may vote on behalf of the junior Member   Anyone interested in nominating someone or nominating themselves for election should enter name/s on the Nominations List on the club notice board in the pavilion (closing date Thursday 23 April 2015). Members can view the roles to be elected by clicking here. Roles that will be elected are :- Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, Head of Welfare, Coaching Co-ordinator, Junior Co-ordinator, Volunteer Co-ordinator, Fixtures & Results Co-ordinator, Social Co-ordinator, Publicity Representative, Website Administrator, Events Organiser and Merchandise Seller.
